Thank you for leading with optimism, passion for what you do, and building out our format by highlighting our C-Suite of leaders at Carhartt for rare advice and perspectives we don't often receive through more intimate, focused settings like this class. As a lifelong introvert, it gave me hope that I can always be working on being a leader, that not everyone starts out being one, and that I can keep growing my skills to achieve who I want to be and where I want to go. The work was tough and at times forced me to look plainly at my strengths and weaknesses, but also pushed me to check in with my friends, family, peers and supervisor for feedback, which was encouraging, raw and honest. I believe it is very rare for those in their careers to receive this kind of careful and valuable coaching. Thank you for giving us the tools to succeed and work on ourselves for the rest of our careers, no matter what pathways we go down.

The course includes valuable information for everyone that wants to improve as a leader. For me has been helpful due to I am starting a new leadership position. I consider it also helpful for people that are already in a leadership position for some time and wants to improve. The course shows you the key improvement areas and easy examples to follow.
