Tom Giberson, PhD

Tom is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with 25 years of experience as a leadership coach, leadership team coach, strategy consultant, and leader hiring expert. He's also published multiple studies & articles about leadership and is a sought-after executive consultant. Since 2002, he is also associate professor of organizational leadership at Oakland University in metro Detroit. His mission is to empower you to lead, grow, and change yourself, your team, and your organization.
